Information Sent to AHIA. Account Access. Certain areas of the AHIA Website are protected by passwords. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to such areas of the AHIA Website, or to any other protected materials or information, through any means not intentionally made available by AHIA for your specific use. If you have a user name and password for access to the non-public areas of the AHIA Website, you are solely responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your user name and/or password. Information We May Collect. AHIA does not collect personal information about you unless you choose to provide that information to AHIA or you choose a service on the AHIA Website that requires you to submit personal information in order to receive the selected service. Personal information may include your name, title, company name, address, email address, and phone number. Unless specifically stated on the AHIA Website regarding certain access or services, AHIA does not require personal information to access the AHIA Website.

AHIA may collect information regarding activities and use of the AHIA Website by users with a login account. AHIA may use an action tag to track account users’ access to pages within the AHIA Website. This information may be collected to measure the number of visits, average time of visit, pages viewed, etc., in order to evaluate the use of the AHIA Website and improve content as may be necessary in AHIA’ sole discretion. AHIA does not obtain any personal information from an action tag on the AHIA Website.

Also, when you access the AHIA Website, certain information may be stored on your computer. This information will be in the form of a “cookie.” Cookies are primarily used to enhance the online experience by aiding navigation and functionality of the AHIA Website. AHIA does not obtain any personal information from the cookies placed on your computer.

Indemnification. As a condition of your use of the AHIA Website, you agree to indemnify and hold AHIA harmless from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the AHIA Website, or from your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The laws of the state of Ohio will apply to all matters relating to the use of the AHIA Website. Those who choose to access the AHIA Website from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent such local laws are applicable. You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Summit County, Ohio.

Severability. If a court of competent jurisdiction deems any provision of these Terms and Conditions unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Violations. AHIA reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to terminate your access to the AHIA Website for any reason, without prior notice.

Changes. AHIA may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice; however, the most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available to you by clicking on the link at the bottom of the AHIA Website. You are encouraged to regularly review these Terms and Conditions to ensure that you are aware of any changes. By continuing to access or use the AHIA Website after changes in the Terms and Conditions have been posted on the AHIA Website, you agree to be bound by the most recent version of these Terms and Conditions.
